We always welcome walk-ins and appointments. So please stop in or give us a call -- we are here to serve you.

We don’t offer refunds on services, but we do try to make things right if you’re not pleased. And if you’d like to try a different stylist on your next visit, just say the word. Our entire team's talent is at your disposal and discretion. We only ask that you call within 14 days of your service to make corrections. We will work tirelessly and happily to please you.
We offer full exchanges on all product purchases because it’s important to us that you have the correct hair care products at home. We don’t want to add to the product graveyard under your bathroom sink! Just bring back any item that’s not meeting your expectations and we’ll replace it with something that does.
Returns are accepted on all hair care products and we’ll give you full exchange credit toward the purchase of another product.
Returns on hairdryers, flat-irons and curling irons must happen within 14 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must consist of all packaging and be in original condition.
Sorry, but we can’t offer returns or exchanges on hair accessories (clips, brushes, combs, etc.). Those sales are final.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time so you can relax, and browse style ideas. If you are late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or modify your service(s).
We require a 24-hour notice for canceling or modifying your appointment. To make your life a little simpler, we’ll give you a confirmation call 48 hours prior to your appointment. So be sure to tell us if and when your contact information changes.
Gratuity is not included in services provided or gift certificate purchases. Of course, tipping is always appreciated! If you do want to tip, please do so in cash or a check made out directly to your stylist. We have envelopes at the reception desk for your convenience.
The service area is just for clients who are receiving services, so that we may devote all our attention to them. Guests are welcome to hang out in the reception area. We do ask that all children (not receiving a service) remain supervised in the reception area for their safety.
Love our services and want to share them with someone else? Gift certificates are available in any amount of $25 or more. (not including gratuity). They’re not redeemable for cash.
All pricing is based on the time and product(s) used to perform each service. Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your particular hair needs. If you have any questions on specific pricing, ask your stylist prior to your service.
Our color formulas are derived from years of education and experience, and are Salon Moxie’s property. If, say, you’re moving out of state and you love your customized color formula so much that you want to take it to a new stylist there, you can purchase the formula for $200.
